Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MentisVibe! We operate a little differently than big-box retailers. Every item you order is made-to-order specifically for you. This ensures we don't waste resources on overstock, but it also means our delivery timeline has a few distinct steps.

1. Delivery Timeline (How long will it take?)

Because every item is custom-made, the total time to get your order is a combination of three steps. On average, most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days of purchase.

FTC 30-Day Rule Compliance: While rare, supply chain issues can occur. If your order has not been shipped within 30 days of your purchase date due to production delays, we will contact you via email to provide a revised shipping estimate. At that time, you will have the option to agree to the delay or receive a full, immediate refund.

Step 1: Order Processing (24 Hours)

We hold all orders for 24 hours before sending them to production. This gives you a grace period to correct address errors or cancel the order if you've changed your mind.

Step 2: Production (2–7 Business Days)

Once the 24-hour window passes, your order is sent to our print providers. They print, quality check, and package your item. Most items are printed within 2–3 days, but it can take up to 7 during busy periods (e.g., holidays, sales, etc.).

Step 3: Shipping (3–5 Business Days)

After production, the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) picks up your package. Standard US shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

2. Shipping Costs & Calculations

We believe in transparency. Here is how our shipping costs work:

  • Estimates: We provide estimated shipping costs on the product page so you have an idea of the fees before you add to cart.
  • Exact Cost: The final, exact shipping fee is calculated at Checkout once you enter your specific delivery address.

Save on Shipping with Multiple Items

We pass our production savings on to you. If you order multiple quantities of the same product (e.g., two of the same t-shirt), the shipping cost for the second item is significantly lower than the first. You will see these savings reflected at checkout.

3. Split Shipments (Why did I get two packages?)

We work with various specialized production partners to ensure the best quality for each specific item type.

If your order includes different types of products (for example, a Mug and a T-Shirt), they may be produced at different facilities. In this case:

  • You will receive your order in separate packages.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
  • You will not be charged extra shipping for split packages; the total calculated at checkout is final.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your item is printed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can also track the real-time status of your production and shipping by logging into your Account Dashboard at any time.

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update after you receive the email.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier for GPS delivery details.

If you still cannot locate the package after 48 hours of the "Delivered" status, please contact us at support@mentisvibe.com.

6. International Shipping

At this time, MentisVibe only ships to addresses within the United States. We are unable to process orders for international delivery.
