If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you at no cost.
- You do not need to return the original item.
- All costs associated with a replacement or refund are covered.
- Your fulfillment team reviews all claims promptly and thoroughly.
This guarantee applies to all verified production or shipping issues.
Fair Resolution Promise
Although we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, wrong color choice, or unwanted items, we always aim to treat customers fairly.

We will review your case and do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution so you can be happy with your experience.
Examples of cases we may consider on a case-by-case basis:
- The product does not match what was shown online.

While we cannot guarantee refunds in non-quality situations, we always approach each case with understanding and fairness.
Requests based solely on change of mind or buyer’s remorse cannot be refunded, as product are made-to-order for you.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement is available when:

- The product is misprinted.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The claim is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Because each item is made-to-order, the following situations are not eligible:
- Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer.
- Change of mind or product no longer wanted.
- Minor color or print variations within normal production standards.
- Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
How to Report an Issue
To submit a claim:
- Go to your order page and click “Report an Issue”
(or contact us directly at support@mentisvibe.com). - Describe the issue clearly.
- Upload clear photos showing the problem
(damage, misprint, wrong item, etc.). - Submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our team will review your claim and notify you of the outcome via email.
Return Process (No Physical Return Required)
For approved cases:
- You do not need to return the product.
- A replacement will be produced and shipped at no cost.
- Or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days, depending on your provider.
- You will receive an email with the final decision.
Return Shipping & Fees
Since eligible issues do not require the item to be sent back:
- No return shipping costs.
- No restocking fees.
For ineligible reasons, returns are not accepted and no return shipping is required.
